收到服务器报警，查看/var/log/messages 中很多类似下面的日志：

找了半天并没有看出有什么异常来，网上有些资料说是操作系统内核对SAS硬盘的支持不好，也有把责任归咎于dell服务器，但是我的机器可是HP滴！
HP官方站上找到了一点信息  是关于磁带备份操作中的注意事项。

再观察几天，也继续搜索一下解决方案，如果还没有结果的话，我准备重做系统了，降低内核版本，装回32bit再试试看。
